About the role
We're looking for a Senior Growth Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You'll blend business development strategy with marketing execution to identify opportunities and scale our client base.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire new clients
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and verticals
- Build and optimize acquisition funnels and conversion paths
- Collaborate with marketing on demand generation campaigns
- Analyze growth metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in growth, business development, or marketing
- Track record of driving measurable business growth
- Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or B2B technology
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
