About the role

We're looking for a Senior Growth Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You'll blend business development strategy with marketing execution to identify opportunities and scale our client base.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire new clients
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and verticals
  • Build and optimize acquisition funnels and conversion paths
  • Collaborate with marketing on demand generation campaigns
  • Analyze growth metrics and identify optimization opportunities
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, business development, or marketing
  • Track record of driving measurable business growth
  • Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or B2B technology
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
