About the role

We're looking for a Sales/BD Manager to join our growing team and drive new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in ad tech sales while working with international clients across the US and EU. You'll take ownership of the sales pipeline, develop client relationships, and contribute directly to our revenue growth.

What you'll do

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct sales outreach via LinkedIn and email
  • Present AdFuel's solutions to prospective clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
  • Track and report on sales activities and pipeline metrics
  • Research market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) extensively to maximize efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (more experience is a plus)
  • Experience in ad tech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing is a strong advantage
  • Good verbal and written English required
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with international clients and across time zones
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
