About the role

We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to identify and close new client partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in ad tech while working with international clients across the US and EU. You'll research potential clients, conduct outreach, build relationships with decision-makers, and drive new business growth.

What you'll do

  • Research and identify potential clients and partnership opportunities
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients via LinkedIn and email
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
  • Present AdFuel's value proposition and close new partnerships
  • Manage the full partnership cycle from outreach to signed agreement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Maintain and grow relationships with acquired clients
  • Track outreach activities and report on pipeline progress
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) extensively to maximize efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

  • 0-2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field (more experience is a plus)
  • Experience in ad tech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing is a strong advantage
  • Good verbal and written English required
  • Proactive, dependable, and relationship-focused
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable working with international clients across time zones
  • Eager to take on responsibility and advance rapidly in your career
