About the role
We're seeking a Data Scientist to develop models and algorithms that power our advertising platform. You'll work on bidding optimization, audience targeting, fraud detection, and performance prediction.
What you'll do
- Develop machine learning models for campaign optimization
- Build predictive models for bidding and targeting
- Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and opportunities
- Design and run A/B tests to validate model performance
- Collaborate with engineering to deploy models to production
- Research and implement new ML techniques and approaches
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with SQL and big data technologies
- Solid foundation in statistics and machine learning theory
- Experience with real-time prediction systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts
