About the role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their goals with our platform. You'll be the primary point of contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
What you'll do
- Onboard new clients and ensure successful platform adoption
- Conduct training sessions and create educational materials
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively address issues
- Gather feedback and advocate for client needs internally
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with client stakeholders
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Experience in SaaS, ad tech, or digital marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Data-driven approach to client management
- Experience with customer success tools (Gainsight, ChurnZero, etc.)
