About the role

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their goals with our platform. You'll be the primary point of contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

What you'll do

  • Onboard new clients and ensure successful platform adoption
  • Conduct training sessions and create educational materials
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address issues
  • Gather feedback and advocate for client needs internally
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships with client stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Experience in SaaS, ad tech, or digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Data-driven approach to client management
  • Experience with customer success tools (Gainsight, ChurnZero, etc.)
